Suzette Derrevere is vice president and assistant general counsel for Boeing Global Services, where she is responsible for all legal advice and counsel to the businesses and capabilities that comprise Global Services. Derrevere is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy and activities of the legal and compliance teams, including business structuring, transactional support and governance.

Previously, Derrevere served as chief counsel of Boeing Defense, Space & Security Contracts in the Boeing Law Department and as chief counsel of Litigation and Investigations, practicing in the areas of bid protest litigation and government cost accounting. She has more than 20 years of experience, with expertise in contract disputes and claims, contract administration, government investigations, corporate transactions and compliance. In 2020, Derrevere added to her portfolio a role on the Boeing Ethics team, participating in the Compliance Risk Management Board process for assessing the company’s primary compliance risk areas.

Derrevere joined the Boeing Law Department in February 2013 from Honeywell International Inc., where she served as general counsel to Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. and assistant general counsel to Honeywell Defense and Space. Before that, she was a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Perkins Coie LLP, where she represented a variety of clients on government contract issues.

Derrevere has a Bachelor of Arts in English and education from Smith College and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
