Padraic Fennelly is vice president and assistant general counsel for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Based in Seattle, he was appointed to the position in October 2018 and is responsible for all legal advice and counsel to the business.
Fennelly previously served in a variety of positions across the Boeing Law Department, including senior leadership roles at Commercial Airplanes; Boeing Defense, Space & Security; and Boeing International.
Before joining Boeing, Fennelly was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, D.C., where his practice encompassed a broad range of complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Fennelly began his legal career as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Fennelly has a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
