Jim Bohlman

Jim Bohlman is vice president of Strategy for Boeing Global Services. In this role, he is responsible for cross-portfolio strategic direction for Boeing’s services business supporting commercial, government and aviation industry customers worldwide. Boeing Global Services offers solutions in fleet sustainment, parts and distribution, digital capabilities, training, engineering and modifications, as well as cabins and interiors.
He serves Boeing Global Services President & CEO Stephanie Pope as a member of the Global Services leadership team, and reports to Boeing Chief Strategy Officer Marc Allen. He is also a member of the Boeing Strategy and Corporate Development leadership team.
Bohlman joined Boeing from Avix Aero, where he served as president of the aerospace startup. He previously spent more than 20 years in senior advisory roles in aerospace and aviation as a management consultant, restructuring advisor and investment banker with several firms, including Oliver Wyman and Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.), where he focused on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, complex commercial negotiation and private equity.
In addition to deep knowledge of the aerospace sector, Bohlman brings extensive knowledge and experience with aircraft leasing and commercial aviation, including fleet strategy, alliances, revenue management, operations, labor, maintenance and supply chain.
Bohlman has a Bachelor of Science in computer and informational science from Oklahoma State University and has held investment banking credentials in the United States and United Kingdom.
