Jennifer Mack is vice president and chief financial officer of Boeing Defense, Space & Security.

Mack oversees the Finance organization and is responsible for the financial management and strategic and long-range business planning at the business unit. She was appointed to this position in May 2022.

Earlier, Mack served as vice president and chief financial officer for Boeing Global Services. In this role, she was responsible for the development and implementation of financial strategy for the business.

Mack joined Boeing 25 years ago and has held a broad range of Finance positions across various levels of the corporation, including roles in Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Capital Corporation and Boeing corporate offices.

Earlier, Mack served as vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Boeing, where she oversaw business plan development and financial forecasting and analysis for the company, which reported more than $300 billion of revenue from 2017 through 2020.

Mack previously served as senior director of FP&A and Investor Relations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes and held the director of FP&A role at the corporate level, where she chaired the enterprise FP&A leadership team.

Before those assignments, Mack served as director of Investor Relations, where she worked with institutional investors and securities analysts to promote understanding of Boeing programs, financial performance and outlook.

In addition, Mack has held management positions leading Finance for commercial services and the Engineering organization supporting Boeing Commercial Airplanes.

Mack has bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration (with an accounting concentration) from the University of Washington.
