The new airplane flies farther and faster with more passengers and cargo than any previous 747. It's also cleaner, quieter and more fuel efficient. The airplane features the newest wing and engine design in the industry. And travelers will love the new Dreamliner-inspired interior, which includes Lufthansa’s all-new business-class seats. The Lufthansa crane will be flying high and in style on the new 747-8 Intercontinental starting in June 2012.
